These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Prizemora website and the purchase of our floristry workshops, classes, and related products. By accessing this site or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Workshop Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment is required at the time of registration. Prices are listed in Australian dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any booking. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the workshop date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another participant.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials, is the intellectual property of Prizemora unless otherwise indicated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any materials without our explicit written consent. Workshop participants are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the provided guides and techniques for their own professional development.

4. Participant Conduct and Safety

Participants must follow all safety instructions during workshops. Prizemora is not liable for any injury or loss resulting from failure to comply with safety guidelines. We reserve the right to dismiss any participant whose behaviour disrupts the learning environment or poses a risk to others. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prizemora disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding our services and website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific workshop or product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
